You will be sent automated case updates via email at every stage of processing, and can track the progress of your case online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also contact your dedicated Introducer Manager at any time to discuss the progress of your business.

- Introducer contacted for any outstanding client information
- With your permission, Loanoptions.co.uk can contact your client directly at this stage to save time
- Credit referencing undertaken and best-advice secured loan product sourced
- The most competitive secured loan product available for your client is identified in seconds using our advanced sourcing system
- Documentation issued to client
- Once you and your client are happy to proceed, the dedicated case underwriter will issue all of the required documentation. Your client will be offered the use of a free document courier service to speed up the process and enable us to complete your case in the fastest time possible
- Case fast-tracked
- Loanoptions.co.uk will request a mortgage reference and valuation of the security address, and package the case in line with requirements before sending the case to the lender for completion
- Loan completed
- The lender will perform final checks on the packaged case before completing the loan and releasing the funds to your client
- Commission paid
- You will be paid your commission within 5 working days of case completion
Important Information
All secured loans are now regulated. This means that a consideration period applies by law, and the documentation initially issued to your client will be for their consideration only. The signable documents cannot be dispatched until the 8th day of processing, and your client is then entitled to a further 7 days to consider the terms of the agreement.
Your client can return their signed documentation within this 7 day period, but Loanoptions.co.uk are not permitted to attempt to make any contact with them during this time unless we are contacted by them first.
Once the consideration period has passed Loanoptions.co.uk will follow-up your client to ensure that your case is completed in the most efficient time possible.
